So here I am after a whole month of silence...

This absence was caused by a mixture of tests, tiredness, lazyness, lazyness and... lazyness.But I am here now, working ( on my so expected vacantion) to catch up the work that should have been done in the last month.

Since the last time I came here, some things have happened in the English classes.

I will start by talking about the last sketch that we have done about the city. Well, I haven't actually published it here because, although it was completed, it had some technical issues. Anyway, my group ( João C., José D. e Pedro R.) and I will do a whole new edition, and this time we hope it will be perfect!

The " Conectando Mundos" campaign started, but our group chose not to design it. So, during the classes, we worked on the book by reading some texts about environment and recycling, and doing some grammar exercises. By perfoming this tasks, I was abble to learn some new words, that I will post later, in my Vocabulary Section.

For this vacantion, the teacher give us the choise to choose between reading a whole book in English or just a short story. I chose to read a book in English, and I did it because I wanted to prove that I was up to the challenge. The book is " Call for the dead" by Le Carré, and I will share it with my colleague João Costa, that is also on my group work.

My grade this term will remain the same as the last term- 16. I know that I probably don't deserve very much this grade, that was based on the test and the portfolio, because of my behaviour. There no excuses for it, I know that in this term I have talked in inappropriated moments, and therefore I didn´t listen some important subjects in class. In the last four classes ( after the teacher caught my attention because I was talking with Ricardo and Tlalok), I started changing my behaviour, and I perfomed the tasks asked by the teacher, quietly. Although, I kind of " smashed" that behaviour in the last class of the term. To be honest, it was the last day of school and I just wanted to go on vacantion, and I also know that it does not justify my behaviour no matter how hard I try to.

This way, in the next and last term, I promise that I will change my behaviour. I will only talk in appropriated moments, I will keep focus and I will give my best, let me just have some rest this vacantion and you will see.
